Conditions of Enrolment for Group Classes

  • Fees are payable before the course commences and are paid in half-termly blocks with no reductions for classes missed. Fees are non-refundable after the start date of the course.
  • A course place can only be guaranteed when fees are received.
  • Your initial enrolment fee is based on the standard tuition rate, which assumes that the class has five or more students. In the event that there are fewer than five enrolled at the start date of the course, students will be offered the opportunity of commencing the course at a higher hourly rate (see fee rates) or having the enrolment payment returned in full.
  • If for any reason you should not wish to continue with the classes then you must inform your tutor before the end of the half term period; failure to do so will mean you being charged for the next half term block. 
  • Students attending ‘in person’ classes are required to comply with precautions set out in the HLC Covid Advice to Students emailed to students on enrolment.
  •  ‘In person’ classes may revert to an online format at any time if required to comply with local or national CovidSafe requirements.
