Conditions of Enrolment for Private Classes

  • A minimum block of three classes are paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless 24 hours notice of cancellation is given directly to the tutor.
  • Each block will commence only after fees have been paid.
  • The student is responsible for notifying tutors directly of cancellations or alterations to schedule.
  • Classes must be taken within six months of payment
  • Students attending ‘in person’ classes are required to comply with precautions set out in the HLC Covid Advice to Students emailed to students on enrolment.
  • ‘In person’ classes may revert to an online format at any time if required to comply with local or national CovidSafe requirements.
